Your events, your way
A wedding is rarely one day. Start with the events you’re having: engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor and bachelorette parties (or the hen and stag do), welcome party, rehearsal dinner, civil ceremony, the ceremony and reception, farewell brunch. Each one gets its own page, guest list and lists:
- Decor: theme and mood, florals, the arch or altar, lighting, tables and linens, signage.
- Shopping: favors, welcome bags, wedding party gifts, stationery.
- Ceremony: rings, vows and the paperwork.
- Packing: the bag for each event, so nothing is left at the hotel.

Bring everyone in, share only what you mean to
Parents, the wedding party, your planner and vendors join with an invite code, and you approve them. Each group sees what you share with it: the bridesmaids see the shower and their outfits, not the budget. Hand out jobs (“Sam: confirm the shuttle times”) and the person gets a reminder the day before it’s due, and again if it slips.
- Parents can help with the guest list, and the budget if you let them.
- The wedding party sees the events they’re part of and the photos you share.
- Your photographer uploads each event’s photos from a web portal.
- Surprises stay surprises. Anything marked private never reaches the wrong phone.

Is Together a free wedding planning app?
Yes. The checklist, budget, guest list, RSVP links, day-of timeline and shared album are free. The free album holds up to 300 photos in your own Google Drive.
Does it work for weddings in the US, Canada, UK and Europe?
Yes. Pick your region and the events, checklist and wording follow, including the marriage license or notice of marriage. Budgets work in US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, pounds, euros, rupees and more.
Can my parents and wedding party use it?
Yes. Invite them with a code and approve them. Each person sees only what you share with their group, so the budget can stay with the two of you.
Can guests RSVP without downloading the app?
Yes. Each guest gets an RSVP link that opens in their browser. They answer for each event they’re invited to, with dietary needs and travel plans.
Is there an iPhone app?
An iPhone app is coming. Until then the web app works on any phone: open it in Safari and add it to your home screen.
Can our wedding planner use it?
Yes. Invite them with a code and share what they need. Vendors see only what you share with them.
